  Covers module failure, dead pixels beyond the acceptable threshold and colour drift under normal operating conditions. Extendable to three years on a contractual basis, scaled to the size of the project.

  Up to 3 years

  The components that most often fail in the field. Replaced from stock rather than repaired, so the wall returns to full uniform brightness immediately.

• Accessories & modular components

  High-grade range

  Accessory and modular warranties apply to our high-grade product range and to larger projects that use our specified safety equipment, surge protection, earthing and rated structure. Where a client substitutes those, cover is limited to the supplied parts.

• Structure & fabrication

  Project-based

  Mounting frame, cabinet sealing and weatherproofing on structures we fabricated and installed. Term is set with the contract and scaled to the installation.

Warranty length is contractual and scales with the project. Cover on accessories and modular components applies to the high-grade range and to installations using our specified safety equipment. Exact terms are confirmed in writing with each quotation and form part of the supply agreement.

Questions we get asked

What does an LED screen actually cost?

We quote per project rather than from a price list, because two screens of the same size can differ several times over in cost. Price is driven by four things: pixel pitch (a finer pitch means far more LEDs per square metre and is the single biggest factor), total area, indoor versus outdoor build (outdoor needs IP-rated sealed cabinets, higher brightness and heat management), and the structure or civil work needed to mount it. Why is one screen far more expensive than another of the same size?

Pixel pitch. A P2.5 screen has sixteen times as many LEDs per square metre as a P10. If your viewers stand 15 metres away, paying for P2.5 buys you resolution nobody can resolve. Choosing the correct pitch for the viewing distance is usually the largest saving available on any project.

How long does an LED screen last?

LED lamps are typically rated around 100,000 hours to half-brightness, which is roughly 11 years of continuous operation. In practice, lifespan is decided by heat, power quality and sealing rather than by the LEDs themselves, which is why cabinet build and surge protection matter more than the headline lamp rating.

What happens if a module fails after installation?

Modules are designed to be swapped, not repaired in place. We hold spares for the systems we install, and a failed module is replaced as a unit so the wall returns to uniform brightness. Where the back of a wall is inaccessible, we specify front-serviceable cabinets at design stage, retrofitting that later is expensive.

Do you handle the structure and installation, or only supply?

Both. We survey the site, specify or fabricate the mounting structure, install the cabinets, commission the controller and hand over a working screen. Supply-only is possible, but most problems we are called to fix on other people's screens originate in the structure and the power, not the panels.

Can the screen survive a Pakistani summer?

Outdoor screens are built to IP65 on the front face with sealed cabinets and managed heat dissipation. The failures we see in the field are almost always power-related, unstable supply and surge, rather than temperature. Specify proper earthing and surge protection; it costs very little next to the screen and prevents the most expensive class of failure.

How bright does the screen need to be?

It is set by ambient light, not by size. A screen facing direct sun typically needs 5,000-6,500 cd/m²; an indoor lobby wall usually sits between 600 and 1,000. Over-specifying brightness indoors is uncomfortable to sit near and wastes power, so it is worth getting right rather than buying the biggest number.

Who controls what plays on the screen?

You do. We supply the display and controller and hand over the scheduling software, so content can be changed as often as you like without calling us. In-house software has been part of the business since we moved into digital signage.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the structure more than the screen. A straightforward indoor wall is quick once panels are in hand; an outdoor facade involving fabrication, permissions and access equipment takes longer. We give an indicative programme with the quotation once we have seen the site.

Do you work outside Lahore?

Yes. We work from Lahore, with delivered installations in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Hyderabad and Sialkot. We cover the rest of the country as well, installation and service teams travel, so tell us the location when you enquire.
