LED displays for schools and universities.

Lecture halls and school foyers need a screen readable from the back row without the front row squinting. Ambient light from windows is usually the limiting factor, not the projector-versus-LED debate. LED wins because it does not wash out.

Education LED displays, common questions

What pixel pitch is right for education?
P1.8-P3 hall · P4-P6 outdoor is typical for this environment. Sizing follows the back row: readable text height is roughly 1/200th of the furthest viewing distance. Pitch is driven by the closest viewer, so confirm your minimum viewing distance before ordering.
How bright does a education screen need to be?
700-1,000 nits indoor is the usual range here. Brightness is set by ambient light: an indoor screen specified at outdoor brightness is uncomfortable to sit near and wastes power.
