The things people ask.
How much does it cost to rent an LED screen in Pakistan?
Rental is quoted per event, because the cost is driven by screen size, how many days it is on site, whether it is indoor or outdoor, the rigging method and how far it travels. A one-day indoor conference wall and a three-day outdoor concert screen of the same size are very different jobs. Send the venue, the dates and the approximate size on 0321-9458888 and we will quote it.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better for peak wedding and concert season, but we handle short-notice requests regularly. Tell us the date first, availability is the only thing that cannot be solved with planning.
Do you provide an operator, or just the screen?
An operator stays with the screen for the event. Rental screens are configured, tested and driven by our technician, and spares travel with the crew, an event is the one situation where there is no opportunity to come back tomorrow.
Can the screen be used outdoors, or at night?
Yes. Outdoor rental screens are high-brightness and weather-rated, and brightness is set to the ambient conditions, a screen at its daylight setting is uncomfortable to look at after dark, so it is adjusted rather than left at maximum.
What size screen do I need?
It follows the room and the furthest viewer. As a rough guide, text needs to be about 1/200th of the distance to the back row to stay comfortably readable. Send us the venue dimensions or a floor plan and we will size it properly.
Which cities do you cover for rentals?
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Quetta. Transport is included in the quotation, so distance is priced up front rather than added later.
